Joivy App
Joivy is the only living company in Italy to provide its coliving tenants with a dedicated app so they can better manage their stay.
In a few words, anything you require is only a click away. Let's see some of its features:
- Start onboarding directly from the App;
- Manage your rental: book check-in by selecting the date and time you prefer and check-out when necessary;
- Pay the rent without having to physically go to the bank or our offices and check your transaction history;
- Upload important documents, such as the contract and invoices;
- Find all the useful information and instructions for living in the house;
- Open tickets for maintenance or assistance for different parts of the house;
- Request the contract's cancellation;
- Direct contact with customer service.

All these actions can be done comfortably by accessing the different sections of the App: Rental, Support and Account. It is also possible to check the appointments set for the apartment, brand-new entries, client visits, and maintenance activities.
Additionally, you can access the Help Center and communicate with the virtual receptionist from the personal Profile section.
We are well aware that finding a home may be extremely difficult, particularly in unfamiliar cities.
